Store Policies

Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

Product Availability

If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will be contacted by a JLB HairZone representative to see if you are interested in a substitution.  If an agreement cannot be reached and you would like to cancel the order, your will receive a full refund of the purchase price.


The availability of products, specifications, and/or prices are subject to change without notice.  All errors including but not limited to specifications, photographic, typographical are subject to correction.  If any correction impacts your order, a JLB HairZone representative will contact you by email and require approval prior to processing.

Payment Terms

Payment is required 100% upfront.  Most major credit cards are accepted.   Your card will be charged as soon as your order is placed.  Your billing address and shipping address must match.  Theft of our merchandise through the use of fraudulent information will lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. 

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.  Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.   During sales or promotions, processing may take up to 15 business days.   

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not been processed.  Cancelled orders are subject to the appropriate financial institution’s policy with respect to the hold of authorized funds.  Typically, banks hold authorized funds from 3-5 business days prior to crediting back to your account.  JLB HairZone does not have any control regarding your financial institution’s policy regarding the return of authorized funds. 

Refund Policy

All sales are final.  We do not offer refunds.  We will only offer a store credit for items that have been processed and shipped.  To qualify for a refund, products must be returned unaltered, in its original packaging and all tags and bundle ties must be attached.  A copy of the original receipt is also required to be provided with the unaltered items(s).  Products that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Shipment Errors and Delays

JLB HairZone is not responsible for shipment delays due to but not limited to holidays, natural disasters, un-natural disasters, inclement weather and/or carrier delays. JLB HairZone recommend that all orders are placed far in advance of any planned activities to reduce the impact of unexpected delays.  Shipping errors must be reported within 3 business days after the expected delivery date. Note holidays and weekends do not count a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.  If it is confirmed that your shipment is lost, a replacement will be sent. 


You are responsible for additional shipping charges for package returns due to inaccuracies.  Replacements are not offered for delays, abandoned and/or refused shipments. 

Policy Changes and Updates

At our discretion, JLB HairZone LLC reserves the right to make changes policies, procedures and prices at any time.
